Transaction Fees for My Sirigu

To keep My Sirigu running smoothly and ensure you can receive donations and have them sent to your local account when needed, we’ve implemented a small markup on the transaction fees we incur from our payment providers. Here’s how it works:

• Paystack
  • Collection: 1.5% + ₦100 per transaction (with ₦100 waived for transactions under ₦2500) + 5.0% markup.
  • Withdrawal:
    • Transfers up to ₦5,000: ₦10 per transfer with a 5.0% markup, totaling ₦25 per transfer.
    • Transfers between ₦5,001 and ₦50,000: ₦25 per transfer, marked up to ₦50.
    • Transfers above ₦50,000: ₦50 per transfer, marked up to ₦100.
• PayPal
  • Collection: 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction (if both accounts are in the U.S.) or 4.4% + $0.30 (if the client’s account is outside the U.S.), plus a 3.25% markup.
  • Withdrawal: Free with a 5.0% markup.
• Stripe
  • Collection: 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction for domestic cards. An additional 0.5% for manually entered cards, 1.5% for international cards, and 1% for currency conversion, plus a 3.25% markup.
  • Withdrawal: Free with a 5.0% markup.
